Monday forecast: Hot, dry with a lower chance of storms

ORLANDO, Fla. — Monday will be mainly dry across much of Central Florida for most of the day with a 20% chance of storms in the afternoon.

Tuesday looks to be more of the same with increasing clouds during the afternoon with a possible stray shower or thunderstorm.

Looking ahead to the rest of the week, the chance of rain is low through mid-week. It will be hot with temperatures in the low 90s through Wednesday.

Heading into the weekend, the chance of afternoon storms will increase with the potential for rain at about 40%.
