Automat restaurant chain Brooklyn Dumpling Shop will target two to three locations in Orlando, Stratis Morfogen, owner of the New York-based concept, told the Orlando Business Journal.
The chain will consider locations in downtown and the resort/tourist corridor to the south.
Morforgen declined to say specifically where it may locate, but the goal will be to have the first one open next year, with more opening by 2023.
Franchisee Marc Silverstone will open five locations to start across Florida.
