WINTER GARDEN, Fla. — Detectives are investigating the death of a 77-year-old man in Winter Garden, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office said.
Deputies found Noel Brown dead in a house at 1411 Avalon Road around 2:45 p.m. Saturday.

Detectives consider the death to be suspicious, and the medical examiner determined the cause of death as a homicide.
Deputies canvassed the neighborhood as part of the investigation Sunday.

Detectives have received information that there may be some pertinent evidence in the area of Avalon Road and have called for crime scene investigators, the Sheriff’s Office said.
