2-year-old boy dies in Orlando hit-and-run crash, police say

ORLANDO, Fla. — Orlando police said a 2-year-old boy was killed Saturday afternoon in a hit-and-run crash in the Malibu Groves area.

Police said the crash happened around 5:30 p.m. at Barley Street and Judith Lane, not far from South Ivey Lane.

Officers said the toddler was taken to a hospital, where he died.

Detectives said they have identified a possible suspect and charges are pending.
