Here’s a list of activities, according to the science center:

  • Experience explosive live programming. Learn about the science of spaceships with the “To Infinity and Kaboom!” stage show or go on a guided planet tour through our solar system.
  • What would it be like to live on another planet? Step in for the Tiny Martian Home Tours in Loch Haven Park and learn about some of the technology that will be used in Martian colonies, and how it relates to energy and water-saving tech that we can use in our own homes today.
  • Check out some cosmic chemistry with open lab experiments in Dr. Dare’s Lab.
  • Get hands-on in KidsTown and The Hive: A Makerspace Presented by The Isaacs Family! Makers aged 8 and older are invited to stop in The Hive and screen-print your own t-shirt, or build a rocket using hydraulic power! Meanwhile, little learners are invited to a Marvelous Mars StoryTime in KidsTown.
