Orlando mayor gives State of Downtown Address

ORLANDO, Fla. — Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer gave his annual State of Downtown Address on Monday.

Dyer’s address was scheduled for 3:30 p.m. at Exploria Stadium.



Dyer hosted the event in a style of a town hall, allowing for attendees to ask questions about the downtown directly to the mayor.

Dyer shared the latest on the continued revitalization of downtown Orlando, as well as plans and advancements for development in the area, economic competitiveness and small business assistance. He also addressed the challenges of housing and helping the homeless, and furthering opportunities through expansions in mobility options.
