Issues, injuries reported as motorized scooter companies roll into downtown Orlando

As Orlando embraces its scooter revolution, complaints and injuries have also been reported.

Five motorized scooter companies are offering their services in Central Florida as of this weekend.

There have been some injuries reported to local hospitals, but it’s not clear how many.

Before motorized scooters came to downtown Orlando, Mayor Buddy Dyer voiced concerns about the safety of scooters due to the brick streets.
