Looking for work? Companies set to hire hundreds in Central Florida

ORLANDO, Fla. — Anyone looking for work in Central Florida can now apply with two major employers in our area.

Universal Orlando Resort is looking to fill more than 100 experienced customer service representatives positions for its call center.

Officials said the full-time and part-time positions will offer a “weekly sales incentive opportunity to increase earning potential,” and candidates selected to join the team will be eligible to receive a sign-on bonus of up to $750.

McDonald’s restaurants across the country are also looking for workers, including Central Florida.

Officials said McDonald’s restaurants in Orlando want to hire nearly 500 people.

A McDonald’s spokesperson said candidates who come in for an in-person interview will also receive a free Crispy Chicken Sandwich combo meal.
