Orange County Fire Rescue is responding to a brush fire on a half-acre of property near the intersection of Lake Underhill Road and North Alafaya Trail.
As of 7:45 p.m., the fire was 80% contained, Orange County Fire Rescue tweeted.

The fire was reported around 5 p.m. Florida Fire Services in Orlando said the brush fire spans about 2.5 acres, and that one apartment building is threatened.
Firefighters are asking commuters to avoid Lake Underhill Road east of Alafaya Trail.
