ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — A pregnant woman escaped a burning home Monday morning by climbing through a window, Orange County Fire Rescue said.
Firefighters said they were called shortly before 8:45 a.m. to a home on Valley Drive near Walker Road.

The woman was taken to a hospital to be assessed, officials said.
Two men who live at the home were displaced.

Firefighters said the fire was accidental and was caused by an electrical malfunction in a converted porch.
