“I looked out the window and all I saw was an orange blaze,” said Lurto Pierre-Louis. “It was a team effort. The neighborhood banged on everyone’s door to make sure everybody got out.”

Firefighters believe fireworks coming from an area vehicle may have been what first captured resident’s attention.

It is not yet clear what may have led to the fire.

There were no reported injuries.
