According to jail records, the alleged incident happened earlier this month.
A 13-year-old student said he touched her over and under her clothes at school.
She said it started when she was 12 and her teacher would touch her bottom over her clothes and even "touch her boobs while other students were in class."
The girl recorded what happened in her diary.
Court paperwork shows the principal of Victory Christian Academy interviewed McMillian and told police "he admitted to touching the victim as she described in her diary."
The principal also said he "admitted to victimizing other students at other insitutions."
McMillian was fired from the school after administrators learned about the allegations.
