Osceola County man faces child pornography charges

OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — An Osceola County man was arrested Thursday on five child pornography charges.

Detectives said their investigation began in April when they identified a computer with an IP address that was linked to child pornography.

After further investigation, detectives traced the address to Joshua Gomez's home in Kissimmee.

A computer was located at another location and taken into evidence.

On May 15, detectives obtained a search warrant for the home on Aurora Lane.

Gomez was arrested and booked into the Osceola County Jail.

Detectives said more charges are pending.
