Kissimmee police search for hit-and-run driver who killed pedestrian

OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — Kissimmee police are searching for a driver who drove off after killing a pedestrian on Sunday evening.

Officers said the crash happened at around 7:33 p.m. near South John Young Parkway and Emmett Street.

Police released an image of the type of vehicle they believe was involved in the crash.

Officers are looking for the driver of a Ford Transit Connect Van that should have damage to the front portion of the vehicle and will be missing the lower portion of the grill.
