SB lanes of South OBT reopened after tanker overturned

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — The southbound lanes of South Orange Blossom Trail are reopened after a crash Friday afternoon.

An overturned tanker had forced Florida Highway Patrol Troopers to close the busy road.

The truck was carrying 7,500 gallons of diesel fuel, which was slowly leaking from the tanker.

Orange County Hazmat crews were on the scene working to stop the leak and clean up the spilled fuel.

According to authorities, the driver suffered minor injuries and did not require hospitalization.
