ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — An early morning stabbing near the Pine Hills community left one person hurt, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office said on Friday.

Deputies responded to West Colonial Drive near Powers Drive shortly before 12:30 a.m.

They said they located an injured adult in that area, who was later hospitalized.
OCSO did not release the victim’s name, sex or age, but reported their condition as serious but stable.
Investigators called the stabbing a case of aggravated battery, but as of 2:40 a.m. Friday said they had no details to report about a suspect or suspects.
