Pine Hills home searched in connection to College Park burglaries

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — A SWAT team was searching a home in Pine Hills Friday as part of an investigation into several burglaries in the College Park area.

Officers served a search warrant, and said they were looking for evidence in the home on Caywood Circle that may be connected to the burglaries.

Investigators said three people were taken into custody, but their names were not released.

Last month, several homes were broken into on West King Street, and during one of the burglaries, a family’s dog was killed.
