Police: Man beaten by more than 15 people in Parramore

ORLANDO, Fla. — Orlando police are investigating the beating of a man in the Parramore community early Thursday morning.

At about 2:30 a.m., officers said they found a severely injured man at the intersection of Jackson Street and Parramore Avenue.

Witnesses said the victim was attacked by dozens of people in the street.

Resident Monae Harris said, "They said he got beat with a bicycle and bottles to death, and it was like 15 to 20 people beating him."

The victim was taken to the hospital in critical but stable condition.

Police have not released his name and they were currently reviewing surveillance video from a camera at the intersection.
