Police: Mom kills 2 children, self in home

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Police say a woman killed her two teenage children before killing herself in their West Palm Beach home.
 
The Palm Beach Post reports that 48-year-old Jennifer Berman emailed her ex-husband and other relatives Monday morning that she was going to harm herself or members of her family.
 
After receiving the email, West Palm Beach police say 51-year-old Richard Berman drove to the home and alerted police. They found his ex-wife and 15-year-old daughter Jacqueline and 16-year-old Alexander dead inside.
 
The newspaper says the couple divorced in December.
 
The teens attended Alexander W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts in West Palm Beach. School officials say counselors were at the school on Monday.
