Investigators said Breanna Walker, 24, was found dead in front of the home.
Family members told Channel 9's Len Kiese that Walker had just dropped off her daughter to be babysat by someone in the home when she was shot.
"We didn't hear nobody run, nobody yell," said a neighbor, who asked not to be identified. "We heard nothing until I saw all the police cars come by, and I went and looked outside my window. That's when we saw something had happened outside."

Police focused much of their investigation on an Infiniti parked in the driveway.
Neighbor Lisa Bright was severely shaken by Walker's killing.
"As a mother, and as just a human, I think, I'm affected," she said. "What does this senseless action, what does it prove? You took a life. You took a mother away from her child."
No arrests have been made.
The shooting remains under investigation
No other details were given.
Walker worked at the law firm Morgan & Morgan. They released a statement about her death:
"Breanna Walker was a young mother whose life was violently and senselessly taken this morning just after she dropped off her precious child at daycare on her way to our offices.
"We have few details about what happened, but we do know Breanna was loved by her coworkers at Morgan & Morgan, who are having a difficult time accepting this horrible news. She will be missed by all who knew her.
"At this time we ask you to join us in prayers for Breanna’s child, friends and family."
