Police: Missing 86-year-old man found safe

ROCKLEDGE, Fla. — Police in Rockledge said a missing 86-year-old man has been found safe.

Cecil Bayne, 86, was last seen around 1 a.m. Sunday in Rockledge. Bayne was asking for directions to Sanford, police said.

According to police, a family member reported Bayne missing and said that he suffers from dementia.

Police said Bayne was located safe and unharmed Saturday afternoon. Police would not say where he was found.
