Occupy protesters move to Orlando City Hall

ORLANDO, Fla.,None — Occupy Orlando protesters have moved their demonstrations to downtown Orlando.

The group moved downtown to Orlando’s City Hall Wednesday night.

They had been camping out at Senator Beth Johnson Park, near the Chamber of Commerce, since October.

Protesters called the City Hall move a symbolic gesture, since that is where decisions are made for the entire city.

"We are also coming together as a community and making decisions that are better for everybody and include everybody,” said protester Joshua Headley

The Occupy Orlando protesters said they will be more visible at city hall and make it easier to attend city council meetings.
