Timothy Green is the lead developer for Parramore City Towers, a project aiming to bring three highrise towers to a block located directly west of the Amway Center.

Parramore City Towers LLC bought a parcel at 537 W. Jackson St. for $1 million in July 2021, county records show, and Green indicated informal agreements have been reached with neighboring landowners whose parcels are necessary for the first phase of the project.
