CASSELBERRY, Fla. — Seminole County firefighters are warning everyone about dry Christmas trees.

Firefighters used a side-by-side trailer to show how fast a tree can catch on fire.

The average person has two minutes to get out of their home during a fire.

That is much shorter than the response time of firefighters.

Fire officials said there are an average of 160 house fires across the country every year because of Christmas trees.
