The Florida Department of Health said it’s given the land owner a week to clean up the carcasses, but said it would step in quickly without action.

Channel 9 is working to determine if the property owner cleaned the site, or if the DOH was forced to act.

Orange County deputies confirmed it had opened an investigation aimed at catching the person who dumped the carcasses.
