Suspicious device found near UCF deemed not dangerous

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Investigators said they were at the scene of a suspicious device Thursday near the University of Central Florida.

The device was discovered on Research Parkway and Discovery Drive, but was later deemed not dangerous.

A UCF police officer said the device was not on the university property.
