Teacher's aide caught kissing student in Orange County, deputies say

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Orange County deputies arrested a teacher's aide Thursday after they say she was caught kissing a student in a ladies restroom stall.

Victoria Fresse, 23, has been fired from the private school Faith Generation Academy, an administrator told Channel 9's Michael Lopardi.

It’s unclear how old the student was, but the school, which is located off Goldenrod Road, teaches first- to eighth- graders.

The arrest report said someone called the Orange County Sheriff’s Office last Saturday to tell them about the incident. The student said she pushed Fresse off her after the kiss, investigators said

Investigators said they uncovered social media messages between the two discussing how much they loved each other and couldn't wait to kiss again.

Fresse is accused of lewd conduct.

Official statement from Joaquin Perez, FGA ADMINISTRATOR

That is why when this situation was discovered we acted immediately by listening to the student’s family concerns, reviewing the evidence at hand and immediately making a report to the Department of Children and Families, for a proper investigation to begin, and terminating the staff member involved in the incident.

We pray for those affected by this situation that God’s grace will be with them. At this point this is the only statement available as this matter is being handled by the proper authorities."
