• Teen stabbed during argument over Facebook post

OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. - The Osceola County Sheriff's Office said a 14-year-old middle school student was stabbed over a post on Facebook.

According to investigators, the victim was stabbed during a fight with 16-year-old Kevin Concepcion Monday on Briarcliff Drive in Poinciana. The neighborhood is just outside Discovery Intermediate School.

Deputies said the incident started when the teen confronted Concepcion about a Facebook post. Concepcion posted a photo of the victim and wrote "this is how I mess with people," deputies said.

An argument broke out during the confrontation and the 14-year-old was stabbed several times, authorities said.

"He was stabbing him in the back and my husband came out and was actually able to get him off," witness Aida Serrano said.

The teen was taken to Osceola Regional Medical Center and is expected to survive.

"We were concerned, he was starting to get pale and telling me 'I'm not feeling well right now. I can't breathe,'" Serrano said.

Concepcion was arrested and charged with attempted murder and aggravated battery.
