Teens save two boys from drowning in Boynton Beach

BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. — A teenager is out of the hospital after he and his friend saved two young boys from drowning.

Collin Barch and T.J. Prebble were in Boynton Beach Friday when a mother ran up to them and asked for help.

The pair swam into the water and put the boys on their backs.

During the rescue, Prebble got stuck in a rip current and was saved by a boater.

Prebble was hospitalized, but will be OK.

Prebble said he had no regrets.

"I would do it again. I would remain calm, [and] do it again too. I would want someone to do that for my little brother or sister," said Prebble.

The pair said they were not the only ones helping out that day. Their friends ran to get the lifeguards, who also helped pull the children out of the water.
