Trial of suspect in brutal Marion murder postponed

OCALA, Fla. — The trial of a teen accused in one of Marion County's most brutal murders has been delayed for at least six months.

Michael Bargo and four teens were charged in the death of 15-year-old Seath Jackson.

According to investigators, Jackson was beaten and dismembered during a planned attack.

A defense expert said Bargo suffered from mental illness as the result of head injuries when he was young.

Bargo will undergo tests to determine whether he's competent to stand trial.
