Deputies said that once inside the home, Moreno forced the victim into a back room where he sexually battered her.

When deputies arrived at the home, they saw Moreno running from the home toward the nearby woods.

Deputies were able to locate Moreno with the help of a sheriff’s helicopter and placed him under arrest.

Investigators said Moreno admitted to assaulting the victim and taking away her cell phone to keep her from calling 911.
