ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. - UPDATE:
WFTV obtained documents Friday showing Danielle Whipple was granted an early termination for probation in 2017 following her 2015 arrest for child abuse.
Whipple was ordered to complete 24 months of supervised probation in November of 2015. Documents show she was ordered to complete an anger management course and a parenting class. The court also told her the use of corporal punishment was not allowed and she was to have supervised contact with her child.
A judge signed the order of early termination for probation because Whipple completed the conditions, made all of the court payments and finished over half of the 24-month sentence.
