Woman leads cops on chase after leaving $50 at Casselberry gas station

CASSELBERRY, Fla. — A pursuit in Seminole County ended with a drug bust, authorities said Tuesday.

Deputies said Christina Hines, 30, left $50 at a gas station in Casselberry.

The clerk tried to stop her to give her the money, but the she sped away.

Deputies said an officer at the gas station tried to get her attention, but she ignored him.

The deputy then ran her tags and found out she had a suspended license, officers said.

Deputies said Hines led them on a short car chase before running to an apartment complex, where she was arrested.

Investigators said they found heroin and drug paraphernalia inside Hines' car.
