Minor injured in shooting at Orlando apartment complex

ORLANDO, Fla. — Orlando police are investigating a shooting that sent a juvenile victim to the hospital Tuesday.

Just after 10 p.m., police say they started receiving calls reporting shots fired in the 4200 block of Crossroads Court at the Crossroads Apartments.

Officers arrived to find the victim with gunshot wounds described as non-life-threatening.

The victim was taken to Arnold Palmer Hospital to be treated. Police say he was conscious and able to speak at the time he was taken away.

Investigators are still working to identify the suspect. Police say he was last seen running through the apartment complex.
