Brenda Acuna-Aguero, 39, picked up the day laborer April 8 from a Phoenix Home Depot, telling him she needed help moving some items at her house, KPHO reported.

Once at the house, Acuna-Aguero started coming onto the man, telling him "it was her fantasy to have sex with a laborer," KPHO reported.

When the man refused, Acuna-Aguero's husband, Jorge Murrieta-Valenzuela, 45, came into the room holding a black rifle, KPHO reported.

At gunpoint, the victim had sex with Acuna-Aguero. Murrieta-Valenzuela filmed and photographed it.

Murrieta-Valenzuela took the victim’s Mexican visa and driver’s license, and then went through his phone contacts and contacted the victim’s wife to confirm it was her.

They kept the victim's documents and told him to return at 9 a.m. the following day, otherwise they would send photos to his wife, KPHO reported.

Shortly after dropping off the victim, Murrieta-Valenzuela contacted him, telling him he needed to come back to their house. When the victim did not reply, Murrieta-Valenzuela threatened to send the images. The victim’s wife contacted him a short time later saying she was sent the sexual images.

When the victim was unable to get back his documents, he contacted police.

Police searched the couple’s house and took them into custody. Investigators searched their phones and saw they had participated in a similar incident in March.

Murrieta-Valenzuela told police it was a sexual fantasy scenario and that they had done this four other times with random men, KPHO reported.

Murrieta-Valenzuela and Acuna-Aguero were arrested and charged with sexual assault, aggravated assault and unlawful recording of a person, KPHO reported.
