Nobody was hurt.

Because the people on the sky lift were spread out along the ride, rescuers used the ladder to get to six people, while the zoo staff used a Lull telehandler to help four others down, AL.com reported.

There have been issues with the sky lift at the Montgomery Zoo before. In 2013, passengers got stuck as a result of a safety mechanism shut down, WFSA reported.
