BYHALIA, Miss. — A 15-year-old died on Sunday in an ATV crash in Mississippi, Marshal County coroner James Anderson told WHBQ-TV.
The 15-year-old, who was not identified, was driving the ATV when it crashed around 7 p.m. in a field near Highway 309 and McCrary Road in Byhalia, WHBQ-TV reported. Two other minors were on the ATV at the time of the crash, but were not injured, according to the news station.
It was not immediately clear what caused the crash. Authorities continue to investigate.
