CLEVELAND — Arnold Schwarzenegger said he is feeling “fantastic” after undergoing heart surgery in Cleveland.
“The Terminator” actor and former governor of California revealed Friday on Twitter that he had an aortic valve replaced at the Cleveland Clinic.
Thanks to the team at the Cleveland Clinic, I have a new aortic valve to go along with my new pulmonary valve from my last surgery. “Thanks to the team at the Cleveland Clinic, I have a new aortic valve to go along with my new pulmonary valve from my last surgery,” Schwarzenegger wrote on Twitter.
Since his surgery, Schwarzenegger, 73, said he has been walking through the streets of downtown Cleveland, enjoying the city’s sights and art, WJW reported.
Schwarzenegger’s last surgery occurred in March 2018 in Los Angeles, Entertainment Tonight reported. The actor had a pulmonary valve replaced and doctors performed open-heart surgery, the website reported.
