Police in Delray Beach said Bam Margera has made contact with them and that the television star is safe.
Margera had been missing after he left a court-ordered rehab facility earlier this week.
Entertainment Tonight reported he told the manager he was not happy with the services and that he was going to check himself into a different center.
WPTV confirmed that Margera was “unsatisfied” with his treatment and was “leaving the facility” according to the Delray Beach police report.
TMZ claimed Margera left the facility because he wasn’t treated like a celebrity as he’d been at his other rehab stays and was frustrated.
Police didn’t say where Margera was or if he had returned to that facility, WPTV reported.
TMZ, however, reported the star was at a hotel and was taken back to the treatment facility, voluntarily.
Margera celebrated one year of sobriety in May, sharing the news on Instagram, Entertainment Tonight reported.
