In addition to setting bail at $100,000, the judge also ordered Alexander to stay at least 100 yards from Spears for three years and to surrender any firearms, the network reported.

Authorities previously confirmed that Alexander was initially arrested on two counts of misdemeanor battery, one count of misdemeanor vandalism and one count of misdemeanor trespassing, in addition to the out-of-county warrant involving grand theft that red-flagged his presence to wedding security.

According to the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department, Alexander and security did get into a physical altercation at some point, Fox News reported.

Spears married childhood friend Alexander in 2004, but the union lasted fewer than three days and ended with an annulment. She was also married to rapper Kevin Federline from 2004 to 2007, and the couple share two sons, ages 14 and 15.

Spears’ marriage to Asghari comes three months after she won her freedom from a court conservatorship that controlled her life and affairs for more than 12 years.
