Mistie Justice Watkins, 41, of Daytona Beach Shores, was charged with disorderly conduct, indecent exposure, simple assault on law enforcement and unlawful occupancy, the Rapid City Journal reported.

According to a news release from the Rapid City Police Department, an officer at Rapid City Regional Airport was notified of an unruly passenger at about 8:50 p.m. CDT on Friday. The officer said he told Watkins he would escort her off the plane, and added that the passenger was “loud and disruptive.”

The officer also reported that Watkins exposed herself to the other passengers on the plane, the Journal reported. Watkins also allegedly tried to pull away from the officer and kicked him, the newspaper reported.

Additional officers were needed to escort Watkins from the plane, according to the Journal.

Watkins appeared in court Monday and was being held on a $100 cash-only bond for simple assault on law enforcement and a $1,000 cash-only bond for unlawful occupancy, the newspaper reported.
