The company is now adding ”live busyness trends” that will show just how crowded a location is.

The feature is the next generation of the estimated busyness levels it already offered, BGR reported.

It can be used either to tell you what parts to avoid if you don’t want to be crushed by strangers, or what areas to hit if you’re looking for a lively location.

It can give you real-time results, or you can look at trends and specific times with average crowd sizes.

Area Busyness will be available on both Android and iOS operating systems this holiday season, Google said.

Google Maps is also going to allow you to shop right from the app and it will allow you to track your order from more than 2,000 stores in 300 states.
