Life is getting back to normal as Lollapalooza’s organizers announced Tuesday that the music festival is back for 2021.
The festival will be held in Chicago’s Grant Park from July 29 through Aug. 1 at full capacity, WMAQ reported.
Performers will be announced Wednesday at 10 a.m. CT with tickets going on sale two hours later, concert organizers said on Twitter.
Dave Grohl said during the city’s official announcement video that he’ll be there with his “good friends the Foo Fighters.”
Attendees will need to have full COVID-19 vaccinations or proof of a negative test 24 hours before arriving at the venue, WMAQ reported.
More details will be released in July on how the entry process will be conducted.
Organizers promise eight stages with more than 170 bands performing.
Normally about 100,000 concertgoers pack the festival each day, CNN reported.
