‘Property Brothers’ new addition: Drew Scott, Linda Phan announce pregnancy

“Property Brothers” host Drew Scott has a family expansion project in the works.

He and his wife Linda Phan announced they are expecting a baby, Entertainment Tonight reported.

This is the first child for the couple.

They announced the news with a bathroom selfie showing off the baby bump with the caption, “[it]has been an adventure to get here!”

Scott, 43, and Phan, 36, have been together for 12 years and have been married since 2018.

They tried intrauterine insemination and in vitro fertilization to get pregnant for two years and said the baby was conceived in August through IVF, with the due date in May 2022, People magazine reported.

Scott said he always wanted to be a father, but it wasn’t a priority for many years.

“I knew I’ve wanted to have kids since I was a kid. But then I got really busy with work and I love what I do. I love helping other families. But I realized twelve years had gone by of doing that when we’d sort of sidelined starting our own family. I’m really glad we made that decision now and we have the support to make it happen,” Scott told People magazine.
