Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti announced the change as part of the city’s celebration for the Los Angeles Rams’ win over the Cincinnati Bengals Sunday, KABC reported.

“What a day in Los Angeles, the Rams are Super Bowl Champions,” Garcetti said in a statement. “This town has the best teams and fans in the world, and we can’t wait to show off our L.A. pride with a display that only Hollywood could deliver. Go Rams.”

Work began Monday morning to change the letters. A webcam is set up to livestream the process, scheduled to be finished by Wednesday. By Monday afternoon, the beginning “HO” had changed to “RA.”

This is not the first time the sign has been changed. A 2017 prank changed the sign to read “HOLLYWEED”, nearly identical to a prank on Jan. 1, 1976 that changed the sign to “HOLLYWeeD,” KNBC reported.

In an email, organizers said police would be on hand at the site to help with pedestrian and vehicle traffic. Officials told the Los Angeles Times they are working to “mitigate any potential impact” on the surrounding neighborhood and park.
