WAUSHARA COUNTY, Wis. — A 44-year-old Wisconsin man clocked at 104 mph is now facing his sixth drunk driving charge.
Billy Jack Houston was arrested on Tuesday evening after the Wisconsin State Patrol clocked him driving his blue sedan at 104 mph outside of Auroraville, according to police.

After Houston pulled over, the trooper noticed signs of impairment and conducted a field sobriety test. Houston was arrested for OWI and battery to a law enforcement offer. He was also cited for speeding, according to police.
According to WBAY, Houston’s fifth OWI was in 2013. If Houston is convicted, he could face one to 10 years in prison.
