HIGHLAND PARK, Mich. — A 26-year-old woman was fatally shot early Sunday when she was caught in the crossfire after a fight broke out in the parking lot of a Michigan strip club, authorities said.
According to the Michigan State Police, officers responded to a call at about 4 a.m. EDT at The Playground Strip Club in Highland Park, WDIV-TV reported.
Police said a fight began in the parking lot of the establishment, and that one or more people fired weapons, according to the television station.
Preliminary investigation revealed that a fight started in the parking lot when one or more suspects fired shots. A 26 year old female was struck in the cross fire and killed. Currently, we do not have any suspect(s) description. 2/

The woman, who was not immediately identified, was pronounced dead at the scene, MLive.com reported.
Investigators said they do not have descriptions of any suspects, and no arrests have been made, according to WJBK-TV.
An investigation is ongoing, police said.
