Southern Lake County in east central Florida... Western Orange County in east central Florida... * Until 430 PM EDT. * At 236 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will result in minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 to 2 inches of rain has already fallen. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Apopka, Ocoee, Winter Garden, Tavares and Mount Dora. Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected over the area, with locally higher amounts possible. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
