The National Weather Service in Melbourne has issued a Fire
Weather Watch, which is in effect from Wednesday afternoon
through Wednesday evening.
* AFFECTED AREA... Orange... Seminole.
* WIND...Northwest 5 to 10 mph this afternoon and 10-13 mph
* HUMIDITY...Min Humidity around 25 percent this afternoon and
around 20 percent Wednesday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...any fires that develop could spread quickly. Outdoor
burning is not recommended.
A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now....or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
