North central Osceola County in east central Florida... * Until 915 PM EDT. * At 813 PM EDT, weather spotters reported heavy rain and minor flooding of roadways in St. Cloud due to slow moving thunderstorms. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen from Pine Grove to St. Cloud and an additional inch of rain is possible before these storms weaken. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Saint Cloud, East Lake Toho, Narcoossee, Austin Tindall Park and Harmony. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
